Positive results by GPN have been proved by existing works, but their experiments were done by simulation environment.

We are trying to conducting experiments using found network performance monitoring tools, however, so far, we are only able to gather data from WTFast(GPN based) and UU(VPN based), these booster themselves, other than third party tool. The third party tool we found are not able to record real-time data(ping or FPS), instead, they can only monitoring metrics in which we interested.
So far we are conducting experiments using boosters and keep finding out if there was any proper tool we can utilize for our data collections.

Fortunately, we found a network traffic instrument tool called clumsy 0.2. It allows us to add fake latency and packet drop rate to our network. If anyone want to use it, you can download through: https://jagt.github.io/clumsy

We found out that finding network traffic route in real world is really hard. WTFast client provide a useless trace route report(basically, they hide hops whatever happen after traffic reaching their server). So we decided to just instrument the network and see how WTFast will react to the network condition change in terms of in-game performance
